CURRENT PHYSICIANS & PRESCRIBERS
Our clinic currently runs 4 days a week for Medication services. We recommend that follow-up appointments are scheduled 30 days in advance. It is your responsibility to manage your appointments to prevent run-outs and emergency needs. We are not an emergency facility and cannot cancel scheduled patients to meet your needs. Every patient is important. If an emergency re-fill is needed, you may always report to your primary physician, emergency room, or ask to be placed as a walk-in if there is a cancellation.

Clinical Professional Team
GA Licensed and Unlicensed Therapists:
Delivers senior level professional mental health services. Provide in-home and/or on-site individual, family and group therapy; complete assessment tools, create individualized service recovery plans for continuum of care needs.
Paraprofessionals:
Provide in-home and/or on-site, community support services including rehabilitative, environmental support and resource coordination that promote resiliency, emotional and functional growth/development.
Behavioral Health Assessors:
Provide in-home and/or on-site, formalized assessments with broad knowledge of therapeutic processes and methodologies to determine and develop a Behavioral Health Assessment and Treatment Plan
GA Licensed Registered Nurses:
Provide in-home and/or on-site oversight and/or coordination of medical services to consumers
